No. 101. Nov 6, 1752. John Hunter of Perq, in con’ of £25 pd by John Gordon Jr, of Chowan Co, doth sell 65a in Perq on North Side of “Horse pool Swamp,” patented by William Woodley June 4, 1703, & sold by him to William Hunter, July 15, 1743, sd land bequeathed by sd William Hunter to his son John, in his will, adj his brother Nicholas Hunter, which is part of afsd patent. Test’ Josiah Granbery Jun, George Gordon.
